ProBody Fitness develops programs for each member. You will receive a free consultation with a qualified personal trainer to help familiarize yourself with the facility, set goals and develop a personalized fitness program.

What is Personal Training?
Individual programs for building strength and endurance, improving flexibility and increasing lean muscle while decreasing body fat. Supervised and instructed.

What is involved in a training session?
  Each session lasts approximately 50 minutes, consisting of:
  10 minutes full body warm up
  5 minutes full body stretching
  35-40 minutes weight resistance and cardio exercise
  10 minutes cool down
  All times are approximate and are geared to the individual training.

What benefits can be acheived?
